Floyd Clymer was an early automotive historian who created a series of scrapbooks and is best known to steam car collectors for his Steam Car Scrapbooks.
His reproductions of some Stanley Steam Car and White Steam Car booklets are well known and helped to spread information about these cars.
His collection was purchased by a major literature dealer and broken up.
